From the Park Visitor’s Centre, continue along Via Acquedotto and, before the bridge over the Ledron, turn right following the signs for CAI path 967 to Forcella Antracisa. The mule track leads to the torrent de li Pales, which must be forded. The path here becomes steep and wild in places as far as Forcella Antracisa.
Continue to the right, meeting a cross, and then up again with some difficult and exposed passages to the Forcella and Bivacco dell’Asta, with a spectacular panorama.
