Start out from the sports centre of Paludea, following the arrows that lead you through the village and for a stretch up an asphalt road. After a steep climb, before descending you enter the wood between ascents and descents, cross the Cosa torrent on the Puntic, to the nearby municipality of Travesio. Past the village, re-enter the woods and reach the charming abandoned village of Praforte. From here you return to the starting point. The itinerary can also be covered on foot, paying attention to cyclists.
