Like the blue one, this route starts from the sports centre in Paludea. It starts immediately along a path, following the Cosa stream and for several stretches it passes along an asphalt road, touching the hamlets and the most interesting places in the village. In fact, the itinerary covers the entire municipal territory: it passes the Tof spring, Monte Santo, the panoramic village of Oltrerugo, the flat area south of the municipality along the old railway line, Vigna, with the large church of San Nicolò and the ruins of the castle, from which you can enjoy a spectacular viewpoint, to descend along the Cosa, cross the Puntic and climb up to Monte Ciaurlec, with its historical and naturalistic features and the village of Praforte. The route, which is long and demanding, can also be done on foot, paying attention to cyclists.
